AI integration.
Getting AI to do something impressive once is easy. Getting it to do the right thing every time, for every user, without breaking or running up a bill, is the hard part. That is the part we build, and we have shipped it live, at scale, where it could not afford to fail.
Part of our Cincinnati software studio// 01 · THE REAL WORK
A DEMO IS NOT A PRODUCT.
Every AI tool looks like magic in a controlled demo. The gap between that and something your customers can rely on is where most AI projects quietly fall apart: the model gives a wrong answer, a request fails, the cost balloons, an edge case nobody planned for shows up.
We build for that gap. We assume the model will sometimes be wrong and the request will sometimes fail, and we build around it, so what reaches your users is checked, recovered, and reliable even when the inputs are messy and nobody is watching.
// 02 · WHAT WE BUILD
AI THAT DOES REAL WORK.
The AI worth building earns its place by doing a job. That is the kind we build.
Generation pipelines.
Turning an input into new images, video, audio, or text, reliably and at volume, with the checks that keep bad output from reaching a user.
Automation.
Handing the repetitive, judgment-light work to AI so your team spends its time on what actually needs a person.
AI features inside your product.
Search, recommendations, drafting, classification, the useful kind, built into what you already have.
The plumbing that makes it hold up.
Retries when a request fails, a fallback when a model is down, caching so you are not paying to generate the same thing twice, and validation so what reaches a user is what you intended.
// 03 · THE COST
THE AI BILL, CONTROLLED FROM DAY ONE.
AI carries a cost every time it runs, and it is easy to ignore until the invoice arrives. So we build to keep it low and predictable: the right-sized model for each job instead of the biggest one for everything, and caching so you never pay to generate the same result twice.
On Mercy, every line of AI narration was cached against its text, so a line spoken to one visitor was never generated again for the next. Small decisions like that are the difference between AI that pays for itself and AI that eats your margin.
// 04 · PROOF
AI WE HAVE SHIPPED
LIVE, AT SCALE.
The real test of an AI build is whether it holds up outside the demo. Two that did.
Mercy
An AI pipeline that generated evidence from a visitor’s own face, six pieces each, 709 times over three days on the CES floor, live and in public, with the failures handled so no one ever reached the front of the line empty-handed.
Ruska Roma
A campaign platform that turned a selfie into an AI-rendered character, nearly 17,000 avatars generated for players over four weeks.
And the same standard goes into every build we ship, not just the AI work.

COMMON QUESTIONS.
Is AI even the right fit for what I need?
Sometimes it is, sometimes a simpler approach does the job better and cheaper, and we will tell you which. We would rather point you at the right solution than sell you AI you do not need.
How do you keep it from being wrong?
No model is right every time, so we build the checks around it: the output is validated before anyone sees it, failed requests retry on their own, a model that goes down has a fallback, and for the high-stakes calls we keep a person in the loop. Reliability comes from the engineering around the model, not the model alone.
What does it cost to run?
AI has a cost each time it runs, so we build to keep it low and predictable, with right-sized models and caching, and we estimate the running cost up front so the invoice is not a surprise.
Is my data safe?
We are deliberate about where your data goes and which providers ever see it, and we can keep sensitive data out of third-party models when that matters. The data path is a decision we make at the start, not a default we inherit.
Can you add AI to the product we already have?
Yes. A lot of AI work is a feature built into an existing product, not a new build from scratch.
Which AI models do you use?
We are not tied to one provider. We pick the model that fits the job, the budget, and your data requirements, and we build so it can be swapped as the landscape shifts, which it does constantly. That keeps you from being locked into a model that is outdated in six months.

YOU'RE BUILDING.
Twenty minutes with a senior engineer, and you'll leave with how we'd build it, roughly what it takes, and what we'd worry about first. We read every message ourselves and reply within one business day.
A rough idea is enough to start.

You'll hear back within one business day, from an engineer rather than a form letter. Nothing else needed on your end.
